Stephen Yee英文部牧師
Stephen 牧師畢業於亞省州立大學和網關浸信會神學院他從2009年年起成為教會的英文部助理牧師他覺得能成為西北華人浸信會的一份子，和看到大家的成長，都是上帝的祝福。他喜歡花時間陪伴家人師母黛比和三個小孩。他也喜歡運動，電遊玩，音樂，當然還有…耶穌!
Michael Lin中文部牧師
林志寰牧師在2017年三月成為西北華人浸信會中文部牧師，在這之前他從2012年也在鳳城第一華人浸信會擔任實習和助理牧師（2012 - 2017年）林牧師生長於台北台灣。他與素婷師母在1989年結婚，有兩位已成年的兒女。在2017年年畢業於網關浸信會神學院並擁有亞利桑那州立大學電腦碩士學位。
Nwe Win儿童事工主任
在成为儿童导演之前，Nwe一直在为儿童事工服务。她热衷于帮助孩子们理解上帝，理解基督和救主。她喜欢烹饪和烘焙。
Virginia Chang秘書
維吉尼亞自 2022 年初以來一直擔任教會行政管理人員，並在 2022 年 7 月的教會業務會議上正式選舉為教會秘書。 1997 年搬回亞利桑那州後，她將教會會員資格從第一華人浸信會轉到了 NWCBC。她現在在洗禮團隊（需要時）、引座員/歡迎大使團隊任職，並協助/領導教會社區小組 (CG)，同時仍參加西北 CG。過去，她喜歡與來自英語和中文教會的成年人一起為我們教堂的假日康塔塔排練和演唱。在教會之外，她積極參與多個華人社區服務組織和婦女俱樂部總會的活動。她已婚，有兩個成年兒子。她照顧著母親，有五個兄弟姐妹，他們都住在陽光谷，從格倫代爾到斯科茨代爾，從皮奧裡亞到錢德勒，當然還有亞利桑那州的菲尼克斯。

Paul Ng
Currently, I am involved with the youth ministry and participate in a small group. Both ministries humble, teach, and help me grow in several different ways. Small groups allow us to pray, learn and grow with each other.
Jeffrey Ong
I chose to devote my life to Christ and was baptized at Northwest in October 2006. I’ve been married to the love of my life, Jeannie, since December 2018 and we have a mischievous, but cute puppy named Petey. I currently serve on the ushering team, welcome team, and teach for adult Sunday school. I also assist with the preschool ministry with my wife.
Nathan Tam
I accepted Christ as my Lord and Savior in summer of 1979 when I was 17 and was baptized two years later in Hong Kong. I moved to Phoenix in 1992. My wife Amy and I have two sons - Chris and Michael.
Mark Tsang
Serving the Lord has been one of my greatest pivotal moments in my journey. I am humbled by God’s grace and His ability to still surprise me at any given moment. I am thankful that through Him all things are possible.
Larry Yee
Our family life revolves around what Jesus has taught us. We learned to apply the New Testament teachings in all areas of our lives. I enjoy working with the kids on Christmas musicals and organizing our worship teams, teaching Sunday Bible Study and yes, I still enjoy leading hymns.
Stanley Mah
I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior at the age of twenty-two and I was baptized the following year. I have been a member of Northwest since its beginning. I answered the call to the Deacon Ministry many years ago and have been serving as a deacon ever since. I will continue to serve at NWCBC as God leads. Currently I am serving in the youth ministry.
